Lawrie Bool J.P. is the founder of AHAH Driving School and has been helping people to become better drivers and pass their driving test since 1975.

Lawrie is full accredited by the Department of Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) to provided driving instruction in both manual and automatic cars.

He has provided over 10,000 driving lessons and approximately 80% of his students pass their driving test the first time (general pass rate for learner drivers attempting the Driving Test on their own is around 60 per cent).

AHAH Driving School provides driving instruction in both manual and automatic cars.  Each vehicle is fitted with dual controls for each pedal (automatic: both brake and accelerator; manual: clutch, brake and accelerator).

As a former Sergeant of Police, Lawrie appreciates the importance of drivers being properly trained and equipped to handle the challenges of modern driving.

Lawrie is fully conversant with the current road rules and understands what is required for Learner Drivers to pass their driving test.

Since the inception of the Older Driver Assessment Program in 2008, Lawrie has been accredited by the NSW Roads and Maritime Services Department to provided Aged Driving Assessments for drivers over 85 years.

He is also authorized by the Australian Automobile Association to provide one free driving lesson for new learner drivers in conjunction with the Keys 2 Drive program.

Lawrie is a founding member of the NSW Driver Trainers Association.

He also holds a current Working With Children Certificate.
